摘要
目前,在建设领域,工程招投标已普遍推广。招投标的目的就是要在公开、公平、公正的前提下为业主单位选择最优的施工单位。在这个过程中,评标是很一个很关键的环节。因此,评标的合理性也直接影响着施工单位的选择。本文通过对合理最低价法和综合评分法进行分析和比较,试图寻找另外一种适合的方法,为大家在编制施工评标方法时提供一个参考和借鉴。
At present, biding is common in construction realm.The purpose is to choose the most optimum contribution company for the owner based on the principle of public, fairness and justice. In the course, the biding evaluation is the key. So the rationality of biding evaluation has direct influence on the choice of construction company. Therefore, according to the analysis and comparison of the two methods——the rational low price method and the comprehensive evaluation method, an other method is put forward. So, the reference is provided when the biding evaluation method is inplan.
