摘要
本文提出了一种面向PROLOG 的计算机系统,它采用传统计算机做为主机,后端机采用通用OPU 芯片和支持PROLOG 高速执行的专用硬件。该系统结构简单,性能高。性能模拟表明,该系统具有500KLPS 的逻辑推理速度和17MPS 的数值计算速度。
This paper puts forward the architecture and organization of a highperformance prolog—oriented intelligent machine system,which comprises aconventional computer as its host.A powerfull prolog processor supportedby a special hardware is its back—end machine.Although the architectureof the system is simple,the performance is very high.Simulation resultsshow that the performance of the system is about 500 KLIPS for logicalinference and 17 MIPS for numerical calculations.
