2006年北京市朝阳区传染病疫情分析

Analysis on epidemic situation of notifiable communicable diseases in Chaoyang District of Beijing City in 2006

目的了解北京市朝阳区传染病流行及分布特征,为制定传染病防治对策提供科学依据。方法对2006年北京市朝阳区法定传染病网络直报系统常规疫情资料进行分析。结果2006年北京市朝阳区共报告法定传染病23种23125例,年发病率为905.69/10万;传染病构成以肠道传染病和血源传播疾病为主。结论预防控制肠道传染病和血源传播疾病是今后防治工作的重点和难点,应加强对病毒性肝炎、细菌性痢疾和肺结核的监控力度。

Objective The present study was conducted to gain insight into the epidemic and the distributing characteristics of communicable diseases in Chaoyang District of Beijing so as to provide a scientific basis for making up strategies for the prevention and control of communicable diseases. Methods Analysis was made on normal data of epidemic situation from the notifiable communicable disease report system in Chaoyang District, Beijing in 2006. Results A total of 23 125 cases in 23 categories of communicable disease in the year of 2006 were reported in Chaoyang District with an incidence rate of 905.69/1akh, and the main communicable diseases were composed of intestine infectious disease, blood infectious disease. Conclusion Prevention and control of intestinal infectious disease, bloodborne infectious disease are the important and difficult points in the prevention and control in the future. Surveillance and control of virus hepatitis, bacillary dysentery should be reinforced.
