慢性丙型肝炎的肝外表现
摘要
丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）是一种嗜肝和嗜淋巴细胞病毒，肝脏是其主要靶器官，但也可在非肝组织内复制，许多研究已经在外周血细胞、唾液腺、肾、皮肤、骨髓、胃黏膜、脑脊液中发现HCV的存在和复制，肝移植后HCV感染的复发也支持HCV可在肝外复制。HCV感染与一些肝外表现，如混合型冷球蛋白血症（MC）、迟发性皮肤卟啉病（PCT）、
