摘要
随着我国加入WTO步伐的加快,全球化和信息化趋势日渐明显,建筑企业如何提高在施工过程中的管理应用水平,已成为迫切需要解决的重要问题。通过对项目实施阶段成本管理决策和技术方法,应用现状和发展趋势进行分析,提出了实现成本控制目标、加强成本核算和成本考核的对策。
As the pace of WTO entrance of China accelerated, the trends of globalization and information are gradually obvious. How to immediately enhance the management and application level of the construction of enterprises is becoming the most important problem. Methods used to cost management during implementation stage are analyzed. Meanwhile, the present condition and the trend of development are also analyzed. Then, some countermeasures are put forward.
