Implementing the agent-construction system of government investment project is an important behave to separate the project＇s investment, management and the using, promote the transformation of government functions and revitalized the northeast traditional industrial base. This paper discusses the definition and the advantages of the agent-construction system, illustrates the development of agent-construction system in northeast and then gives some advice on improving the agent-construction system.
