亚甲蓝染色对Barrett食管伴肠化诊断的临床价值

摘要
Barrett食管（barrett’s esophagus，BE）伴肠上皮化生（肠化）为食管腺癌的癌前病变，由内镜下染色指导活检有助于提高肠化的诊断率。我们在2006年应用亚甲蓝染色方法进行了相关的研究，证实该方法对帮助诊断Barrett食管伴肠化有确切的临床价值，现将结果报道如下。
