复方丹参滴丸及补中益气丸治疗冠心病心绞痛42例观察

Observation on 42 Cases of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease Treated by Compound Danshen Dropping Pill and Center-Supplementing Qi-Boosting Pill

目的:观察复方丹参滴丸及补中益气丸交替应用治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:治疗组42例交替服复方丹参滴丸和补中益气丸,对照组40例单服复方丹参滴丸,4周为一疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果:第1疗程结束时,两组心绞痛症状及心电图均有改善,组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);第2疗程结束时,治疗组心绞痛症状及心电图改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸及补中益气丸交替应用治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切,优于单用复方丹参滴丸。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated by Compound Danshen Dropping Pill and Center -Supplementing Qi -Boosting Pill alternately. Method：42 cases were given Compound Danshen Dropping Pill and Center - Supplementing Qi - Boosting Pill alternately as the study group while 40 cases were given Compound Danshen Dropping Pill only as the control group. The course of treatment of both groups is 8 weeks. Result ： When the first course finished, the symptom of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram were improved of both groups and there was no statistical difference between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）. When the second course finished, the improvement of the symptom of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram in the study group was superior to that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The effect of alternative treatment of Compound Danshen Dropping Pill and Center - Supplementin Qi - Boosting Pill on angina pectioris of coronary heart disease is reliable, which is superior to that of the treatment of Compound Danshen Dropping Pill only.
