摘要
根据变轨距货车转向架构架的结构和载荷特点,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了构架有限元分析模型。依据UIC规程计算了构架在模拟运行载荷中11种工况下的节点当量应力,利用焊接材料的Goodman曲线图对构架的疲劳强度进行了分析。分析结果表明,在所计算的8个考察点中,有1个特殊节点的应力幅超过相应的许用应力,但未超过其限值的20%。此外,还对构架的前6阶模态进行了计算,结果表明其抗扭刚度相对较小,抗剪刚度和横向刚度较大,有利于构架承载。
On the basis of the structure and loading features of the bogie frames for freight cars with variable gauges,with the application of ANSYS finite element analysis software,the finite element analysis model for frames is set up.According to UIC,the node equivalent stresses of the frame in the simulated operation load under 11 working conditions are calculated,with the Goodman curve diagram of the welding materials,the fatigue strength of the frame is analyzed.The analysis result shows that,among the 8 investigation points in the calculation,the stress amplitude of one special node exceeds the corresponding permissive stress,but not more than 20% over the restriction value.Furthermore,the modes of the former 6 steps of the frame are calculated,and the result shows that the torsional rigidity is relatively small,the shear rigidity and the lateral rigidity are big,which are helpful to the load carrying of the frame.
