摘要 介绍了实时带宽为200MHz的实时频谱分析仪的设计与实现方法,重点讨论了系统中两个关键技术,一是基于FPGA的实时FFT处理器,4096点FFT运算平均处理时间为20μs;二是基于DSP的PDT传输,传输带宽为DMA方式的两倍。经过实际测试表明,该系统不但能够完成宽带信号实时频谱分析,还具有频率模板触发和多域分析等功能。文中给出了测试的部分结果和系统的性能参数,同时简单地阐述了宽带实时频谱分析的发展前景。 The article introduces the design and implementation method of real-time spectrum analyzer with real-time bandwidth of 200MHz. Two key techniques are emphasized. One is the real-time FFT processor based on FPGA, which can accomplish FFT operation of 4096 points within 20μs. The other is the PDT transmission based on DSP, whose transmission bandwidth is twice of that of DMA. Experiments demonstrate that in addition to carrying out real-time spectrum analysis of wideband signal, this system also offers some features such as frequency domain triggering and multi-domain analysis. Some test results and system performance parameters are given in this paper. Finally, the prospect of wideband real-time spectrum analyzer is discussed briefly.
