面向复杂产品开发项目的动态组织元模型

摘要 针对复杂产品开发项目的组织建模问题,提出一个完备的动态产品开发组织元模型。模型整合了人员、能力角色、权限角色及功能组4个类型。与其他组织模型的不同之处在于:在该模型中,角色按用途分为能力角色类和权限角色类,而职位作为能力角色的一个子类不在模型中出现;通过在模型中引入分类器,使该模型支持能力角色、功能组及权限角色的分类建模。利用该模型,产品开发组织定义人员可任意地、快速地建立产品开发组织。 A complete dynamic product development organizational meta-model for the organizational modeling of complex product development project is proposed, involving four classes: people, capability -role, permission-role and function group. In comparison with other organizational models, roles in this model are divided into two classes: capability-role and permission -role. The position is the sub-class of capability-role class, so it is not presented in the model. The model can support the capability-role, function group and permission-role by introduction of the class discriminator. Based on this model, people engaged in organizational definition for product development can construct a product development organization arbitrarily and quickly.
