摘要
物流管理在医院的经营管理中具有重要的地位。作者结合现代物流管理理念，针对医院物流管理现状及存在的问题，运用现代计算机网络技术，开发了《医院物流管理信息系统》。该系统主要有七大功能模块组成：即医疗物资、非卫生物资管理模块；消毒供应室管理模块；固定资产管理模块；药品管理模块；平、战时储备物资经济利用与保障管理模块；医用废弃物管理模块；财务IC卡科室预算管理模块。实践证实，该系统对提升医院物流管理水平具有积极的作用。
Logistics management has an important place in hospital management. The authors analyze the existed problems in current hospital logistics management, and develop the ＂hospital logistics management information system＂ by adopting the conception of modern logistics management and applying the modern computer network technology. The system is composed of seven major modules： medical supplies and non-health supplies management module; disinfection supply room management module; fixed assets management module; medicines management module; peacetime and wartime reserved materials utilization and security management module; medical waste management module; and IC card-mediated department budget management module. It has a positive effect on improving the hospital logistics management level, which is confirmed by practice.
