摘要
随着计算机辅助设计与制造技术的迅猛发展,并推动了逆向重构技术的产生与发展.逆向重构技术作为数字化与敏捷制造的一项重要技术,是在无设计图纸或无CAD模型的条件下,从已有零件或产品出发,利用各种数字化技术重新构造CAD模型的过程.通过对巨大尺寸零件逆向重构技术和反求测量方法的应用研究,将现代坐标测量设备作为产品设计的前置输入装置,可有效提高产品的快速响应能力,丰富了几何造型方法和产品设计手段,完成基于点云数据的模型再设计,从而使制造企业能快速跟踪和消化吸收及二次开发国外先进产品.
Along with the rapid development of Computer Aided Design & Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) technology, it promotes the creation and development of Reverse Reconstruction technology. As a key technology of Digital & Agile Manufacturing, Reverse Reconstruction technology, making use of various numerical technologies, is a process of reconstructing prototype CAM model based on parts or products in the case of lacking design drawings, lacking CAD models. The input device of product design being modern coordinate measuring device, Reverse Reconstruction, through to applied research on Revere Reconstruction of large-scale parts technology and reverse measuring method, effectively having enhanced the rapid response ability of products as well as enriching the methods of geometrical modeling and product design, has completed model redesign based on the cloud data. Thus it makes the manufacture enterprise to track ,absorb and redevelop the advanced product overseas.
