摘要
针对新疆地产柴油蜡含量较高的特点,以游离基聚合法合成了马来酸双链混合酯和苯乙烯共聚物(MAm-St)型柴油低温流动改进剂.共聚物用IR进行表征,利用XRD初步探讨了该降凝剂的降凝机理.结果表明该剂能使吐哈0#柴油冷滤点下降4℃;使独山子0#柴油冷滤点下降7℃;使石化0#柴油冷滤点下降4℃;使克拉玛依0#柴油的冷滤点下降4℃.
The styrenemaleic ester copolymer (MAm-St) were obtained by free radical Copolymer-zation as low temperature diesel flowing improve for the characteristics of Xinjiang local high wax content of diesel. The structure of copolymer was confirmed by IR and the mechanism of the synthesized low temperature flow improver was explored preliminarily using XRD. The results showed that while MAm-St was used in the cold filter plugging point (CFPP)of the 0^# diesel fuel from Tuha were lowered by 4℃ ; CFPP of the 0^# diesel fuel from Dushazi was lowered by 7℃ ; CFPP of the 0^# diesel fuel from Wushiha was lowered by 4℃ ; CFPP of the 0^# diesel fuel from Kelamayi was lowered by 4℃.
