循环经济系统的结构和风险研究——以贵港生态工业园为例

Study of the Structure and Risks of Circular Economy System——Taking Guigang Eco-Industrial Park for Example

循环经济系统具有的减少资源浪费和降低工业污染的特点使其正在成为我国工业实现区域清洁生产和可持续发展的重要模式。各级政府在发展循环经济方面热情很高,但是,循环经济系统潜在的风险问题也不可忽视。本文以贵港生态工业园为例,从网络结构的视角,系统地分析了循环经济系统发展中存在的风险问题。

Because of its low wastes of resources and less pollution, circular economy system becomes an important mode of Chinese industries in its production and sustainable development, and the enthusiasm of all levels government is very high in developing circular economy. But the latent risk of circular economy can＇t be neglected, Taking Guigang Eco-industrial Park for example, this paper makes a systematic analysis on structure and risks of circular economy system.
