摘要 在内河航道整治工程建设中,护岸结构型式的选择问题一直困扰着设计人员,为了更好地评价护岸型式的优劣以便作出最合理的选择,在分析影响护岸优劣的主要因素及其相互关系的基础上,提出了内河航道护岸结构型式的综合评价指标体系。基于多层次模糊综合评价法,建立了内河航道护岸结构型式的多层次模糊综合评价模型。以江苏某内河航道的护岸结构型式选择为例,验证了该模型的合理性和可行性。多层次模糊综合评价法运用于内河航道护岸结构型式的评价与选择过程,为增强决策的系统性、客观性和科学性提供了一条有效途径。 In the regulation engineering of inland waterway, the type selection of revetment has always been a bothering problem for many designers. In order to evaluate the high or low quality of the type of revetment better to make the best selection, the evaluation index system of revetment type of inland waterway is established based on the analysis of the factors which affect the quality, of revetment and the relationships between them. Based on the multi - level fuzzy synthesis evaluation method, the multi - level fuzzy synthesis evaluation model is established. Taking the revetment type selection of a certain inland waterway in Jiangsu for example, the reasonableness and feasibility of the model is verified. The application of the multi - level fuzzy synthesis evaluation method in the type estimation and selection of revetment gives an effective approach to enhance the systematism, objectivity and scientism of the decision - making.
