摘要
从LEC的角度出发,分析汽包锅炉冷态启动优化工作。为保证计算的精度,采用有限元方法启动过程中汽包的应力。在启动优化工作中,从理论上分析了计算得出多阶段升温升压的合理性。为进一步量化对汽包寿命的控制,建立了基于寿命管理方式的汽包锅炉启动优化模型。在多阶段的离线启动优化中,引入模拟退火遗传算法,发挥其快速求解和优良的全局搜索能力的优势,解决了以往凭经验手工试算不能得到的最优解的困境。对于有限元算法不合适在线使用的情况,设计了基于MAS架构的软计算模型。建立了汽包寿命在线管理系统,可以进行冷态启动的在线管理。
The cool start-up optimization for the drum boiler is analyzed based on LEC concept, and the Finite Element Method (FEM) was adopted to calculate the stress of the drum during start-up to ensure the calculation accuracy. Rationality of the multl-stage start-up was proved theoretically, and the life management-based start-up optimization model for the drum boiler was developed to quantify the control of the drum life. In the multi-stage off-line start-up optimization, the simulated annealing genetic algorithm was applied which makes full use of its advantages of quick solving and excellent global search capability. With the algorithm, the optimal solution which could not be obtained by traditional handwork can now be achieved. To solve the problem that the FEM is not suitable to on-line calculation, the soft calculation model based on MAS was designed. The drum llfe on-line management system was also developed, allowing on-line management of cool start-up.
