摘要 本文基于虚拟制造技术,提出了面向车间设计规划的数字车间布局设计与管理体系结构,对其中涉及的车间建模进行了详细分析,并最终建立了数字车间布局设计与管理系统。研究表明,该系统可以通过虚拟环境使新建新车间或重新布置现有车间的设计规划过程更加直观,并可有效地协调车间从设计到实际运行各个阶段的关系,为车间布局提供最佳的解决方案。 Based on the virtual manufacturing technology,this article shows the structure of the design and management system of the digital workshop layout,analyzes the modeling of the workshop in detail,and establishes the design and management system of the digital workshop layout. Research shows it is more intuitionistic to lay a new workshop or rearrangement the workshop in existence in the virtual environment. And this system can effectively harmonizes the relationship of each phase of the course from design to put into service,and provides the best solution for the layout of the workshop.
