摘要
介绍了基于触摸屏-PLC控制的多角度自动测量架的总体设计和主要组成部分的设计。触摸屏输入参数,PLC控制两台伺服电机的运动,可以将探测器精确定位在半球空间任意位置,测量架作为探测器平台具有自动、快速、精密的优点,满足使用要求。
This paper presents the overall design of an automatic goniometer based on POD-PLC control,the design of its chief parts is also introduced. Parameters inputted from POD (Programmable Operation Display),PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) controls the movement of two servomotors,the goniometer enable the sensor to observe target from any wanted angle. As the platform of sensor,this goniometer has the merits such as automatic,fast,precise,etc. It can meet the practical needs.
