便携式暖气管道泄漏检测定位仪的研制

摘要 针对暖气管道的特点,设计了一种暖气管道泄漏检测与定位方案。该系统利用DS18B20数字温度传感器实现对管道沿线地表不同部位的温度测量,以AT89C51单片机为控制核心,实时显示、存储现场温度,并具有温度超限报警等功能。应用结果表明:该系统操作简便,成本低,且能达到泄漏检测与定位的目的。 Aims at the characteristic of heating pipeline,a position detecting instrument for the heating pipeline leakage is designed. This device can measure different location of the earth's surface temperature along the pipeline by using the DS18B20 figure temperature sensor,it takes the SCM AT89C51as control core,has functions such as real time display,scene temperature storing,temperature over-limit warning,etc. The applying result is indicated that the device is convenient in operation with low cost,and can realize the purpose of leakage detecting and locating.
