摘要 数控切削加工过程中刀具的磨损与破损是数控机床常见的故障之一,而刀具的磨损与破损程度直接影响零件的加工质量。所以对刀具状态的实时监测就显得十分关键,本文阐述了从振动分析方面对其进行在线监测的方法。 Cutter attrition and breakage is one of the familiar faults of CNC machine tool,and the degree of cutter attrition and breakage directly influences the quality of the production. So it is very important to real-time monitor the condition of cutter,and this article elaborates the method of vibration monitoring.
