摘要
采用专家访问、文献资料、实地考察和谈话法,对享受传统体育养生练习过程的意义、科学性、方法和注意事项进行了研究,结果发现:1)享受传统体育养生的过程是练习的主要目的,享受了过程,也会享受到其好的结果。2)传统体育养生练习提供了享受练习过程的物质基础。3)要达到享受练习过程的目的,必须注意科学练习。"享受练习过程"观点的提出对传统体育养生取其精华、去其糟粕有利。
With the method of expert consulting, literature review, fieldwork and interview, the paper studies meanings, scientific content, methods and notice in enjoyment of traditional sport health preserving process and reveals that 1) enjoyment of the precess of traditional sport health preserving is the main purpose of practice, both the process and result are ineluded in the enjoyment. 2) Practice of traditional sport health preserving provides the progress with material foandation. 3) Enjoyment of the precess of traditional sport health preserving requires a seientifie practice. The opinion of enjoying the precess of practice will help to accept the good and reject the bad in traditional sport health preserving.
