备战雅典奥运会女子柔道控降体重的个案研究

A Case Study of Controlling and losing Weight of Woman Judo Athletes in Preparation for the Athens Olympic Games

通过对备战雅典奥运会女子柔道运动员进行控降体重的个案实验研究,探索控降体重的系统化综合性措施并观察该方法的应用效果。结果提示:系统的控降体重计划、针对性的监控结合营养干预、训练干预、心理调控、管理干预的综合性控降体重措施可以达到较好的控降体重效果。

By experiment the paper studies controlling and losing weight of woman judo athletes in preparation for the Athens Olympic Games to explore the systematization and integration measures to control and lose the weight and observe the effect of these methods. The result shows the systemic plan of controlling and losing the weight and pertinence supervision combined the comprehensive measures of controlling and losing weight that includes nourishment intervention, training intervention, adiusanent to mental state and the management intervention can attain to good effect of controlling and losing weight.
