Iraq war, started by America, has aggravated world turbulence. As a result, America is blamed by people all over the world, no matter what countries, classes, religions and age group they belong to. America regards world affairs as its task, while the world thinks that America＇s behavior is hegemony. Basically speaking, American hegemony is the result of globalization, yet its aim is apart from globalization.
