摘要
在6063合金中分别添加不同含量的稀土元素La,研究稀土元素La对6063合金铸态组织、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,La对合金铸锭枝晶组织有明显的细化作用,添加适量的La有利于合金力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的改善,但过量的La会在合金中形成粗大的AlFeSiLa化合物,反而使合金的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能恶化。
The effect of rare earth La on as-cast structure,mechanical property and corrosion-resisting property of 6063 Al alloy were investigated by adding different contents of La in the present study. The results show that La has made the dendritic structrue refined significantly and proper amount of La can improve the mechanical and corrosion-resisting properties of the alloy. But excessive La decreases the mechanical and corrosion-resisting properties of the alloy because of the appearance of bulky AlFeSiLa compound.
