本文对下列问题作了初步概述与讨论:①当代地震预报水平的初步估计;②目前实现地震准确预报的困难;③国内外地震预报研究的动态。
This paper preliminarily outlines and discusses the following problems:1.the prelimi- nary estimate of the current level of earthquake prediction;2.the difficulties to achieve accurate earthquake prediction at present;3.the developments of earthquake prediction re- search at home and abroad.
