Osteoporosis（OP） has been one of the serious diseases in the ageing society. Three main physical diagnostic techniques of OP are summarized as well as other diagnosis method. The principles of the tissue impedance frequency measurement, bone tissue complex impedance analysis method and their applications in early diagnosis of OP are introduced in this article.
