摘要
在釉料中引入一定量的刚玉晶体可以明显提高其釉面耐磨性能,而且比引入普通氧化铝效果显著.引入刚玉对釉面烧成温度影响很小,但刚玉在釉料中引入的量过多会使总孔隙率和闭孔孔隙率增大,一般引入8%~10%的刚玉晶体效果最为显著,不会增加釉层的孔隙率,而且可以明显提高釉面的耐磨性能.
This paper shows that adding a certain amount of corundum can improve the wear resistance of the glazed with a better result than adding alumina. The firing temperature of the glazed will not be affected too much by increasing the content of corundum, but the excessive rates of corundum on the glazed would increase the total porosity and Obturator porosity. Generally speaking, adding 8% -10% of the corundum crystals will be able to produce the most notable effect on improving the wear resistance of the glazed, and the porosity of the glazed will not be increased.
