摘要
在工业控制系统中,很多时候只需要得到外部信号与某一门限值相比的正负信息,即可进行相应的处理,而不需要得到外部信号的准确数值.由于噪声的存在,对外部采集获取的信号进行滤波处理是必不可少的.但是采用传统的滤波方法,仅仅依靠外部信号的正负信息(二进制码流),根本没有办法对信号进行准确的滤波处理,得不到真正的外部信号信息.设计了一个适合于该类应用的滤波器——数字方波滤波器,讨论了该滤波器的设计思想和设计流程.该滤波器主要基于数字椭圆滤波器,并加上了自己的信号整形单元.并以两个带通数字方波滤波器的实现为例,在MATLAB中对该类滤波器的性能进行了仿真分析.仿真结果表明,该类滤波器准确实现了设计意图.
In many industry control systems, we only need the sign information of the exterior signal compared with a threshold value so that our program can process correctly with no need for the exact value of the exterior signal. And because of the noise, it is necessary to filter for the sampling signal. However, it is hard for the traditional filter to achieve this aim because the sampling signal only has sign information. A filter is designed to serve this application, which is called "digital square-wave filter". Its design theory and flow are discussed in this paper. This filter is based on the digital ellipse filter and has. a signal plastic unit. Finally, taking the realization of a digital square-wave band-pass filter as an example, a simulation analysis of its performance is made in the MATLAB. And the results show that the filter can work properly as expected.
