旧机动车的评估是其交易中的重要环节,文中首先简要分析了目前常用的评估方法,指出了在目前旧机动车市场条件下较适宜采用的评估方法,然后就旧机动车评估的信息化技术进行了探讨,并对车辆评估案例数据库的建立和有效利用提出了若干建议,在此基础上设计了旧机动车评估系统.

Assessment of used cars is of fundamental importance in used car trade. In this paper commonly used assessment methods are analyzed to show which method should be used at present. Informatization of assessment was discussed, and several suggestions were given on how to design and make full use of assessed examples of used cars. In the end an assessment system was designed.based on these suggestions, and it had boon proven to be efficient and helpful for users to obtain more precise results.
