猪组织和血浆中磺胺二甲嘧啶残留分布规律的研究 被引量:1

摘要 试验采用Agilent HP1100高效液相色谱分析法,对饲喂不同磺胺二甲嘧啶含量(100 mg/kg,300 mg/kg,500mg/kg)饲料的猪体组织(肝脏、肾脏、肌肉)和血浆中磺胺二甲嘧啶含量进行了检测。试验表明:饲料中磺胺二甲嘧啶添加量与组织和血浆中残留量均呈线性相关关系,随着添加浓度的增加,在组织和血浆中的残留量也随即增加,在同一浓度的磺胺二甲嘧啶添加剂中,在猪组织和血浆中的残留量分布为:血浆>肝脏>肾脏>肌肉。 This experiment use the Agilent HP1100 High liquid chromatography to determinate sulfamethazinum residues amount in tissues and plasma of pig, which is feeded with different added level of sulfamethazinum (100 mg/kg,300 mg/kg, 500 mg/kg). The result shows:the sulfamethazinum in feed and tissues, plasma possess better correlation and regression character. And the residues amount will chang with the amount in feed. In the same feed addictive amount, the distribiton law of sulfamethazinum in tissues and plasma of pig: Plasma 〉 Liver 〉 Kidney 〉 Muscles.
