摘要 甘蔗是重要的糖料和能源作物,甘蔗生产中鳞翅目害虫(大螟、二点螟等)和同翅目害虫(甘蔗绵蚜等)的危害已成为其持续、稳定和健康发展的严重障碍。甘蔗组织培养和离体再生等技术体系比较成熟,十分有利于基因工程改良,利用基因枪转化和农杆菌介导法等已经建立了多种甘蔗受体系统与转化系统,成功获得甘蔗转基因植株。综述了甘蔗转基因技术、抗虫基因以及甘蔗抗虫转基因研究进展。 Sugarcane is an important crop for the production of sugar and renewable bioenergy. Insects such as Lepidoptera (stem borer) and Homoptera (aphid), however, have been severely hindered the sugarcane production in a sustainable, stable and environment friendly way in China. Systematic technology of Sugarcane tissue culture and plantlets regeneration in vitro both has been established earlier, which was useful for the sugarcane improvement by genetic engineering. Transgenic sugarcane plants have been obtained by means of Agrobacterium mediated transformation and microprojectile bombardment mediation system. This paper summarized the gene transfer methods, plant insect-resistant gene, and the research progress in the development of insect resistant transgenic sugarcane.
