Implementation and Application of PDM/PLM System in Enterprise

PDM是一项大型、复杂的信息化建设项目,是体现管理者管理思想的管理软件,本身是个半成品,各企业必须根据自己的实际科研、生产流程进行定制、二次开发、配置,然后部署上线。目前已有许多企业引入并实施了PDM系统。简要介绍了PDM的概念、功能,着重介绍了企业实施PDM项目的方式、目标、取得的成效,总结了企业实施PDM的经验体会。

PDM,a large scale and complicated informatization construction project,represents the management idea of the manager.Because of its property of semi-finished product,the enterprise has to perform customization,subsequent development and configuration,as well as deployment according to its real R ＆ D and production flow.At present,so many enterprises have introduced and implemented PDM system in China.This paper introduces the concept and functions of PDM,focusing on the approach,goal and effects for an enterprise to implement PDM project.At last,our experience on PDM implementation is summarized.
