随着现代企业制度的建立和现代化管理水平的发展,企业只有切实加强能源统计,完善统计制度,改进统计方法,充实必要的统计人员,提高统计人员素质,形成一套合理有效的能源统计管理模式,才能真正体现能源统计的"信息"、"咨询"、"监督"三大职能。
