摘要
电解槽扩容后,由于绝缘板尺寸偏小,在磁场的作用下,金属粉末被磁场吸附并与母线搭接,容易发生短路事故,为此对电解槽的母线绝缘进行了重新设计改造并加大了电解生产和点检管理,结果减少了电解槽的漏电,降低了吨铝的生产成本,确保了安全生产。
After capacity expansion of Al-smelting pots, as the insulation plate is smaller, under the action of magnetic field, metal powder is absorbed and attached by magnetic field and bridges the bus bar, often resulting in breakdowns caused by short-circuit. Therefore re-design and improvement have been conducted on the bus bar of al-smelting pots, including enhancement of operation control and point-check management, as a result, pot electricity leakage is reduced, production cost of per ton aluminium is decreased, and ensuring safe operation.
