甘蔗优良亲本及创新种质对蔗茅柄锈菌的抗性鉴定 被引量:14

摘要 采用人工接种喷雾法,对国家甘蔗种质资源圃保存的8份甘蔗优良亲本及43份创新种质材料进行了抗蔗茅柄锈菌(Puccinia erianthi Padw.et Khan)的抗性鉴定。结果表明,51份材料中,高抗材料22份(43.14%),抗病材料7份(13.73%),中抗材料7份(13.73%),中感材料6份(11.76%),感病材料7份(13.73%),高感材料2份(3.92%)。其中高抗×高抗组合的后代材料抗病性较强。 Fifty-one sugarcane parents and innovative germplasms from the collections in NNSGR (National Nursery of Sugarcane Germplasm Resources, Kaiyuan, China) were tested by spraying inoculation method for identification of their resistance to Puccinia erianthi Padw.et Khan. The result showed that 22 of the 51 samples were highly resistant (43.14%), 7 resistant (13.73%), 7 moderately resistant (13.73%), 6 displayed moderately susceptible (11.76%), 7 displayed susceptible (13.73%) and the rest two were highly susceptible (3.92%). The offsprings from highly resistant × highly resistant showed a higher resistance.
