摘要
由栽培甜菜和白花甜菜杂交分离获得的甜菜单体附加系,其传递后代中分离出少数2n=28的个体。它们是由甜菜单体附加系产生的不减数配子接受外来栽培甜菜花粉结合而成的BⅢ杂种。BⅢ杂种个体繁殖中又反转产生单体附加系,并能稳定传递。对BⅢ杂种胚胎发育进行观察,看到其大孢子母细胞存在不均等分裂,证实BⅢ杂种胚囊发育是独特的。
Monosomic addition lines of Beta vulgaris L. (VV+IC, 2n=19) was gained from hybridized Beta vulgaris L. and B. corollijTora Zoss. through separation. A few 2n=28 were separated from its generations of transmission. They are BⅢ hybrids (VVV+1C, 2n=3x+1=27+1=28) from nomeiogamete of monosomic addition lines accepted pollens of Beta vulgaris L. In its generations, 2n =19 monosomic addition line were common and transmission, as well as high and stable. Based on the developmental study of embryo sac of BⅢ hybrids, heterogeneous division of megaspore mother cell was observed under the light microscope, and it demonstrated that the development of BⅢ hybrid was distinctive.
