苯酐(邻苯二甲酸酐)是一种重要的化工原料,主要应用于增塑剂、醇酸树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂的生产。介绍了几种苯酐催化剂的研发情况,对吉林石化苯酐装置催化剂的运行情况进行分析,讨论了苯酐催化剂运行中应注意的熔盐温度控制、生产负荷提升和产品质量保证等问题。
Phthalic anhydride is an important chemical raw material which is mainly used in the production of plasticizer, alkyd resins and unsaturated polyester resins. The technical development direction of phthalic anhydride catalysts was introduced in this article. Operation status of Jilin Petrochemtion, such as salt bath temperature controlling, production load promoting, and production quality ensuring, were discussed.
