摘要
以废弃菌丝体、壳聚糖和纳米磁粉(Fe3O4)为主要原料,制备了磁性生物吸附剂,考察了原料用量、交联时间对Cu2+去除率的影响,并对该吸附剂的吸附特性进行了研究。结果表明:在相同条件下与纯菌丝体、壳聚糖交联菌丝体、磁粉交联菌丝体相比,该吸附剂的吸附容量分别提高2.27倍、2.25倍、1.81倍,对Cu2+的去除率可达88%以上,并且在25℃下,对Cu2+的吸附行为属于单分子层吸附。
The magnetic bio-sorbent is prepared by using wasted mycelium,chitosan and nano-magnetic(Fe3O4) as the main raw materials,the effects of the dosage of raw materials and connecting time on the removal rate are Cu^2+ are investigated and the adsorptive properties of this bio-sorbent are studied.The results show that the adsorption capacity of the magnetic bio-sorbent is improved by 2.27 times,2.25 times and 1.81 times respectively compared with the pure mycelium,cross-linked chitosan mycelium and cross-linked magnetic material myeelium in the same condition, the removal rate can reach above 88% and the adsorption of Cu^2 + is single molecular layer adsorption under 25 ℃.
