面向快速成型的颌骨及牙列CT图像的三维重建

3D Reconstruction of CT Images of Jaw and Teeth's Bones Based on Rapid Prototyping

文章主要研究应用快速成型技术与医学CT技术,三维重建颌骨及牙列CT图像在口腔修复学中的应用,并针对其CT图像的特点和快速成型制造的要求,提出了由CT图像构建颌骨及牙列快速成型数据的建模方法。在此基础上,可直接构造出用于快速原型制造的三维STL数字模型。文中所提出的方法能够大大提高快速医学模型的构建速度,模型的几何相似性得到了很大的提高。

In this paper,applying to the RP and CT technique, we researchs the 3D reconstruction of jaw and teeth＇ s bones for prosthetics dentistry,then aims at the characteristic of the bones CT image and the request of RP, puts forward a method of constructing the RP data of jaw and teeth＇ s bones based CT image. On this foundation,we gained the 3D numerical model of STL. The method proposed in this paper can greatly improve the rate of reconstruction and the geometric likeness of the model got the very big exaltation.
