摘要 介绍了空压机总成性能试验台测控系统的总体结构,该系统采用了"软化"的设计思想,并应用模糊控制(FUZZY)算法实现了系统的智能控制。实际应用结果表明,该控制系统调节参数速度快、测量准确、测试范围宽、自动化水平高,各技术指标均符合试验要求。 The overall construction of the measuring and controlling system of the experiment desk of air compressor was introduced in this paper, in which the "softened" design method and fuzzy controlling algorithm was used to realize the intelligent control. The practical applications had been suggested that the faster adjustment of the system parameters, the more accurate measurement, the wider dimension test and the higher level of automatization could be achieved with all the satisfied qualifications of the experiments in the system.
