液压集成块数控编程系统的开发

摘要 文章在分析了液压集成块的设计制造特点的基础上,针对企业数控编程技术人员匮乏,编程效率低的特点,开发了液压集成块数控编程原型软件系统。系统基于特征技术,采用面向制造的特征映射技术,实现单个特征的加工映射和代码映射,然后对全部特征进行规划,实现工步重组及排序,自动生成程序代码,用于数控机床加工。最后用一应用实例验证了该系统的正确性与可行性。 A prototype software system of NC programming of hydraulic manifold blocks(HMB) is developed, based on analysis of characteristics of design and manufacturing of HMB, in order to solve the problems such as insufficiency of technicians with NC programming technologies and poor efficiency of NC programming. The machining mapping and code mapping are realized adopted manufacturing oriented feature mapping technologies on basis of feature technologies. Then the whole features are planned, and machining steps are recombined and arranged. At last the NC codes are automatically generated. The correctness and feasibility of NC programming system of HMB are illustrated with an instance.
