摘要
考察了NKC-9,CT-175,D005-Ⅱ和LSI-600四种不同磺酸树脂在噻吩类硫化物和烯烃烷基化反应中的催化性能。结果表明,NKC-9有优于其它树脂的烷基化催化性能,其合适的反应条件为常压、90℃和料剂体积比15:1。在此条件下,硫的转化率高于92.32%,NKC-9对FCC汽油中硫醇向高沸点产物转化也有很好的催化作用。考察了NKC-9的选择性和稳定性,发现它适合催化噻吩类硫化物与C4和C5烯烃的烷基化反应,稳定性好。
The catalytic performance of NKC-9, CT-175, D005-II and LSI-600 for alkylation process of thiophene sulfur compounds and olefins were investigated. The results showed that NKC-9 was prior for alkylation process of thiophene with olefins in FCC gasoline and the appropriate reaction conditions were normal pressure, 90 ℃, the volume ratio of FCC gasoline to catalyst 15 : 1. Under the conditions, the conversion of total sulfur over NKC-9 was more than 92.32% and the mercaptans in FCC gasoline nearly all were transformed to products with high boiling point. Meanwhile, the selectivity and stability of NKC-9 was also studied and it was found that thiophene sulfur compounds was preferable with C4 and C5 olefins over NKC-9 and the stability was good.
