牛乳中硒测定及与GSH-Px的相关性

对9份牛乳中硒和GSH-PX进行了测定,结果,乳硒含量为(2.68±0.99)μg/100mL;GSH-PX为125.39±22.83(GSH-PX活力单位/mL),两者间的回归方程为:GSH-PX=硒浓度×12.70+85.56,R=0.8392(P<0.0025),乳硒与GSH-PX之间呈高度正相关。

The Se and GSH-PX in milk were determined on 9 cows. The results showed as follows：the content of Se in milk was （2.68±0.99） μg/100mL,the content of GSH-PX was 125.39±22.83 （GSH-PX activitic unit）,the recurrent formula of them was GSH-PX=CSe×12.70±85.66,R=0.8392 （P〈0.0025）. The Se in milk was highy positive correlated with GSH-Px.
