讨论热双金属片挠度的测量问题,提出一种热双金属片挠度的光学测量方法。其目的是为了克服机械法测量热双金属片由于机械接触而带来的误差较大、适用范围小的缺点,实现非接触测量,提高测量精度。

This paper discusses the problems of measuring for deflection of thermal bimetal element and puts forward a kind of method for optical measurement of thermal bimetal element. The intention is to overcome the disadvantages of mechanical measurement for mechanical contact, such as high error, small range of applicability, achieve non contact measurement and improve measuring precision.
