摘要
从发动机用四点接触球轴承的结构入手,对某型发动机连续发生多起转子前移故障,轴承损坏严重的现象分析;提出在不改变轴承的结构和设计参数的情况下:“控制球径的选配范围”,“测量成套轴承的接触角”,“内外套圈匹配时应检查Wki,使之满足Wk1<Wk2”三项措施,提高轴承的高速运转性能。同时建议采用两半内圈三点接触的结构型式。附图1幅。
To start with structure of four point contact ball bearing for aero-engine, the phenomena of serious bearing failure are analyzed when some type aeroenginecontinuously several times occurring rotor forward moving fsilures. Under the condition ofnot changing structure and design parameters of bearing three items of following measuresare proposed to raise high-speed oPerating performance of bearing: Controlling matchingrange of ball diameter; measuring contact angle of set of bearings; inspecting Wk1 whenmatching inner and outer rings to satisfy Wk1<Wk2. In the meantime, using the type of twohalf-inner ring three point contact structure is suggested.
