为提高教学质量,高校不同程度构建教学质量监控体系。教学干事是教学质量监控体系中一线的管理者、执行者、监督者。
To improve the quality of instruction, universities should establish the system of monitoring the quality of instruction in varying degrees. Teaching secretary is the front - line governor executants and supervisor of the monitoring system.
