多功能交联剂MCA-306对超细涂料的应用研究

摘要 探讨自制多功能交联剂MCA-306对超细涂料分散体系粘度、粒径和稳定性的影响,研究其在织物表面交联成膜的效果和机理。试验结果显示,MCA-306与超细涂料分散体系的相容稳定性良好,在织物表面可以形成致密光滑的膜,提高超细涂料轧染棉织物的湿摩擦牢度。 The effect of crosslinking agent (MCA-306) on the viscosities, particle sizes and stability of the ultra-fine pigment dispersions was discussed. The formation mechanism of the film crosslinked by MCA-306 on fabric surface was investigated. The results showed that the consistent stability of MCA-306 in ultrafine pigment system was fine. They could form compact and smooth film on fabric surface, and increase one level of wet rubbing fastness of cotton fabric pad dyed with ultrafine pigment dispersion.
