摘要
采用新型复合生物酶Scourzyme 301L,结合氧漂工艺,对棉织物进行退煮一步法短流程精练。讨论了酶浓度、轧余率、pH值等因素对退浆效果的影响,确定了较佳的退煮一步法和氧漂工艺,即Scourzyme301L9.0 g/L,pH值7.5,轧酶温度55℃,堆置时间60 min,轧余率100%,轧酶后65℃汽蒸70 min。大车生产试验表明,该工艺对纤维损伤较小,节约能源,符合环保要求。
Shortened one step desizing and scouring process of cotton fabric was carried out with Scourzyme 301L, factors exerting influence on size removal were discussed, such as enzyme concentration, pick up and pH value. The optimum conditions of shortened pretreatment were defined as follows: padding 55℃ scouring bath with 9 g/L Scourzyme 301L and pH value 7.5, pick up 100%, then steaming at 65 ℃ for 70 minutes. Bulk production showed that bioscouring process could impart cotton fabric lower strength damage and energy consumption reduction.
