介绍了锦棉弹力产品的生产流程,以及预缩幅、退浆、定形、染色和后整理等工艺的具体操作要点。即退浆采用冷轧堆-轻氧漂方式;染色采用酸性染料染锦纶,活性染料染棉;后整理则根据要求选择柔软整理和防水整理,且拉幅温度不宜超过180℃。
This paper covers the technological process of polyamide/cotton elastic mixture, including preshrinking, desizing, setting, dyeing and finishing. It was found that mixed fabric had good properties if desized by cold pad batching combined with peroxide bleaching, followed by dyeing nylon with acid dyes and cotton with reactive dyes, then softening and water resistance finish on the stenter with temperature lower than 180 ℃.
